We offer one-to-one counselling with our specifically selected and dedicated counselling team.

These sessions are usually between 16 and 24 sessions and are 50 minutes long. Counselling gives you the opportunity to work through events and issues from the past and process things that can be currently causing you difficulties. Counselling can help you cope with emotional difficulties, as well as more substantial and debilitating issues such as depression and anxiety, low self-esteem or anger. An experienced counsellor can help you through life experiences that feel unmanageable such as bereavement and relationship breakdowns. It is a way of you finding solutions to your problems, with the support of a non-judgmental, non-critical, empathetic listener.
